Flume Rebate

The Flume Program has now turned into a rebate! Interested customers may use the link below to purchase the flume device and apply for the rebate on SoCal WaterSmart. Customers who have previously completed the following programs may not re-enroll for a period of 5 years:

  • Controller Upgrade Program
  • Irrigation Tune Up Program
  • Residential Landscape Retrofit Program

Due to the popularity of the regional landscape programs, residents will only be allowed to participate in and complete a single program at a time. This policy only applies to the Sprinkler Timer Upgrade, Irrigation Tune-Up, and the Residential Landscape Retrofit Program.  Residents may still choose to enroll in a combination of programs, but they will only be allowed to complete one program at a time.
