- The Reserve at Chino Hills
Decron Properties submitted an application to develop the remaining 42 units within the Reserve at Chino Hills (formerly Village Crossings Apartments), that was approved by the County in 1987, on a sliver of vacant property between the existing Reserve apartment complex and Sate Highway 71. The proposal will include the following:
The proposal will also include two dog parks as additional amenities for residents within the complex. The proposed layout will connect to the existing complex and the design and architecture will be consistent with the newly remodeled complex.

The Planning Commission approved the project on July 21, 2020. Staff is currently reviewing grading plans and construction for the final phase is expected to begin late 2021.
