Governor's Stay at Home Order
The Governor issued a Stay at Home Order on March 19, 2020, which means everyone is required to stay home except to get food, care for a relative/friend, get necessary health care, or go to an essential job. If you go out, social distancing is imperative. Which means keep at least six feet of distance. State mandates that Californians must wear face coverings when they are in the high-risk situations.
Guidance on Gatherings Updated
This October 9, 2020 guidance provides an updated plan for Californians to gather outside their household and replaces the prior gatherings guidance issued on September 12, 2020 and March 16, 2020. It applies to private gatherings, and all other gatherings not covered by existing sector guidance are prohibited. Gatherings are defined as social situations that bring together people from different households at the same time in a single space or place. When people from different households mix, this increases the risk of transmission of COVID-19. Private outdoor gatherings of people from three households or less are now allowed in San Bernardino County and throughout the state under these guidelines.
