Trumark Homes proposes to develop approximately 130 acres of largely vacant land, located at the southern termini of Shady View Drive and Via La Cresta, into a 159-dwelling unit, single-family residential neighborhood. The development would include a community recreation center, private streets, and approximately 73 acres of association-maintained open space. The application also includes a Tract Home Design Review which contains six floor plans, ranging in size from 2,381 square feet to 3,888 square feet, and five architectural styles; the proposed home designs include 53 single-story homes and 106 two-story homes.
