National Night Out returns Tuesday, August 3 from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign held throughout the nation to promote police and community partnerships to help combat crime! Neighborhoods in Chino Hills participate each year by hosting their own potlucks, ice cream socials, block gatherings, and activities for kids. Register your neighborhood event by Monday, July 12 to receive an organizing kit (while supplies last) including a National Night Out banner, customized flyers, giveaways for kids, and more. Neighbors getting acquainted and keeping in touch with one another is one of the best ways to keep Chino Hills one of the safest cities in the Nation! Neighborhoods may register after the deadline but may not receive the kit if supplies run out.
City Council Members, Chino Hills Police Deputies, Citizens on Patrol, Chino Valley Fire, and McGruff the crime-fighting dog will visit as many neighborhood events as possible. Due to the number of events planned in neighborhoods throughout Chino Hills, it is not possible for each agency to visit all the events. Learn more and register your neighborhood's event online at www.chinohills.org/NationalNightOut.
