Parking Lot Maintenance at Various City Parks through the End of December

Parking Lot Maintenance at Various City Parks September through December

Pavement rehabilitation and repairs will be performed at various City parks through the end of December. During this period, parking lots may be closed for up to three days at a time. City staff will place signage at each park in advance of the work to inform residents of upcoming parking lot closures. All parks and amenities will remain open while maintenance is being performed on the respective parking lot. All work will be performed during weekdays to minimize the impact to residents who enjoy the parks on weekends.

City parks that will undergo parking lot pavement rehabilitation in order of project schedule are as follows:

  • English Springs Park
  • Mystic Canyon Park
  • Hope for the Hills Park
  • Veterans Park
  • Hidden Hills Park
  • Oak Ridge Park
  • Rincon Park
  • Sunset Park
  • Altera Park
  • Butterfield Park
  • Grand Avenue Park

The City has allocated up to $200,000 in funding received from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to complete the parking lot pavement rehabilitation projects and has contracted with Arrow Parking Lot Service to perform the work.
