The item(s) covered by the attached specifications shall be new, complete with all necessary equipment and accessories for correct operation, and ready to use at the time of delivery.

Only equipment in current production with printed specifications currently available and which are cataloged by the manufacturer's published literature will be considered.

The unit's bid and delivery shall conform in all respects to the California Motor Vehicle Code, Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, California Air Resource Board, and South Coast Air Quality Management Districts.

Bidders must submit warranty literature on factory-covered warranty, which defines what is covered by the warranty and any deductible cost, if applicable.
