Description/Background: The City of Chino Hills invites qualified firms and/or organizations with experience managing mitigation properties to submit a written proposal to provide native landscape and maintenance services for the English Channel Mitigation Project. Mitigation site activities include but are not limited to, the removal of non-natives, native plant protection, restoration activities, and monthly reports that are consistent with the overall objectives of the Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Plan and the regulatory permits.

| The proposal package shall include: Three (3) bound copies and (1) electronic copy (flash drive is the preferred method, emails not accepted) of the proposal. One (1) original and one (1) identical copy of the cost proposal. Cost estimate shall be provided in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked "Sealed Cost Proposal", and a signed W-9 form.

| Proposer must be willing to enter into an agreement with the City of Chino Hills. A copy of the agreement accompanies the full RFP. Please review this agreement and provide the City with a written statement of your firm's willingness to accept the terms of the agreement. Please specifically identify each and every term of the agreement which your firm is unwilling to accept and the reason therefore.
