This is a Notice Inviting Bids for the Chino Hills Community Park Scoreboard Replacement Project.

Addendum No. 1 - 9/18/2023

The City of Chino Hills (“City”) is accepting bids for the replacement of up to six (6) scoreboards for the Chino Hills Community Park, located at 3280 Eucalyptus Avenue, Chino Hills, CA 91709. The selected Contractor will be responsible for the removal and legal disposal of the existing scoreboards, procurement of the new scoreboards and components detailed herein, engineering, plan check submittals, permitting, turn-key installation, inspections, commissioning, warranty administration and services.

Qualifications:
The Contractor shall possess a valid Class C-45 and C-10 Contractor’s license at the time of submitting bids. If necessary, the City will allow C-10 electrical work to be subcontracted for the specification details that require this license.
Special Requirements:
The Contractor is required to complete a Bidder's Qualification Form and Contractor's Project Listing (included in Section 1.3 Bid Documents) certifying that they have met the minimum acceptable experience for performing the necessary work.
