Public Workshop #3 for the 2021-2029 General Plan Housing Element Update2021-03-02T19:00:00The City of Chino Hills invites the community to participate in a Public Workshop for the 2021-2029 update of the Housing Element of the City’s General Plan. Topics covered will include analyses of the Housing Element requirements and process; the City’s Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA); provision of housing for all economic segments of the community; and the opportunities and constraints to identifying adequate sites to meet meeting the City’s RHNA allocation. The updated Housing Element will encompass the planning period of 2021-2029.
Written comments submitted by 5:30 pm on March 2 will be read into the record during the Workshop. Submit comments via email. Participants on Zoom may provide verbal comments during the Workshop. Future public workshops will be scheduled throughout the Housing Element update process.

Face coverings are required. A parent or guardian must accompany children under 18 years old. COVID-19 testing is encouraged for everyone. No symptoms are required to get a COVID19 test. Appointments are strongly recommended. Walk-ins will be accepted while supplies last. The County of San Bernardino will activate appointment registration for testing events approximately five to seven days before the event date.
