  1. Blood Drive

August 3, 2021, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM @ Chino Hills Government Center (Peyton Drive Parking Lot)

The City of Chino Hills is hosting weekly blood drives every Tuesday through the end of June from 12:00 to 5:00 pm at the Government Center parking lot located at 14077 Peyton Drive. Appointments are recommended and can be made by phone at (800) 879-4484 or online at www.LStream.org/CityofChinoHills. LifeStream is testing all complete blood donations for antibodies to SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. This testing is provided free of charge as an additional benefit to donors. This test shows whether you have been exposed to the virus in the past, not if you are currently infected. LifeStream is following all protocols including social distancing, sanitation, and cleaning. Their staff are using personal protective equipment and all donors are required to wear face coverings.

  2. National Night Out

    August 3, 2021, 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM

National Night Out returns Tuesday, August 3 from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign held throughout the nation to promote police and community partnerships to help combat crime! Neighborhoods in Chino Hills participate each year by hosting their own potlucks, ice cream socials, block gatherings, and activities for kids. Register your neighborhood event by Monday, July 12 to receive an organizing kit (while supplies last) including a National Night Out banner, customized flyers, giveaways for kids, and more. Neighbors getting acquainted and keeping in touch with one another is one of the best ways to keep Chino Hills one of the safest cities in the Nation! Neighborhoods may register after the deadline but may not receive the kit if supplies run out. City Council Members, Chino Hills Police Deputies, Citizens on Patrol, Chino Valley Fire, and McGruff the crime-fighting dog will visit as many neighborhood events as possible.
