The Community Services Department oversees facility reservations, which are accepted and processed at the Chino Hills Community Center up to one year in advance.

Understanding Facility Rental Rates 

Rental fees are determined based on the calendar year of the event, not the booking date. This means if you book an event in 2025 for a date in 2026, the 2026 rental rates will apply. Be sure to review the rates for the year of your scheduled event to ensure accurate pricing.

The Chino Hills Community Center often remains open past office hours for recreational classes and facility rentals. Both class registration and facility reservations are accepted after hours until 8:00 pm if activities are taking place at the facility. Please call ahead to confirm.
