McCoy Arenas
The McCoy Equestrian & Recreation Center features three arenas. The Main Show Arena and Warm-Up Arena #1 are both lighted and include shaded bleacher seating for 600. The two arenas feature a public address system and an announcer stand. The third arena is Warm-Up Arena #2. A nearby gazebo is often used for picnics or to provide a space for concessions.
The McCoy arenas have a busy calendar that features typical equestrian shows and events including Dressage, Western, and Hunter / Jumper. Space is available to accommodate portable horse stalls for multi-day events. The arenas have also hosted equestrian search and rescue training, dog agility shows and demonstrations, miniature horse driving events, and even a llama exhibition. Non-animal activities have included overnight campouts and training for scout leaders. The McCoy Residence or Barn may provide the perfect on-site facility for a banquet, reception, or clinic in conjunction with the arena reservation.

Understanding Facility Rental Rates
Rental fees are determined based on the calendar year of the event, not the booking date. This means that if you book an event in 2025 for a date in 2026, the 2026 rental rates will apply. Be sure to review the rates for the year of your scheduled event to ensure accurate pricing.
