The Community Services Department offers a Summer Volunteen Program for enthusiastic teens in grades 9-11 who want to give back to the community, develop new skills, and connect with local teens. Volunteens assist with a variety of exciting programs and activities, including mobile recreation, special events, summer day camp, aquatics, and youth sports.
Eligibility
- Must be entering grades 9-11 in the next school year
- Must live in Chino Hills or attend a Chino Hills school
- Must be available to volunteer a minimum of 10 to 25 hours per week starting in early June
- Must commit to at least 6 of the 9 weeks of the program
All volunteers have been selected for the 2025 summer program. Applications typically open each spring.
