The Community Services Department oversees facility reservations, which are accepted and processed at the Chino Hills Community Center up to one year in advance. 

The information below will help guide you through the City's Facility Reservation process and provide guidelines and requirements for completing a facility application.

Understanding Facility Rental Rates 

Rental fees are determined based on the calendar year of the event, not the booking date. This means if you book an event in 2025 for a date in 2026, the 2026 rental rates will apply. Be sure to review the rates for the year of your scheduled event to ensure accurate pricing.
