*The Chino Hills Community Center often remains open past office hours for recreational classes and facility rentals. Both class registration and facility reservations are accepted after hours until 8:00 pm if activities are taking place at the facility. Please call ahead to confirm.

The registration counter closes 30 minutes prior to closing.
The Community Services Department reserves the right to cancel any activity or program due to low enrollment. If the Department cancels a program, all fee will be refunded. Activity dates, times, fees and locations are subject to change. Classes will not be prorated for late registrations. Missed classes due to participant illness or absence will not be refunded or provided a make-up class.
Convenience Fee
Please be advised there is a non-refundable convenience fee of 2.5% assessed on all credit/debit card transactions for Online and Walk-In registration. This fee appears as a separate charge on your bank statement. Returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.
Non-Resident Fee
A $5 per contract class fee will apply to all non-residents. A $10 non-resident fee will apply to Adult Soccer, Aquatics, Summer Day Camp, Tiny Tot programs. A non-resident fee may apply to special events.
Refund Policy
For classes with one or two meetings, request for refunds will ONLY be honored if they are made at least one (1) day prior to the start of the class. For classes that consist of three (3) or more meetings, the request for refunds must be submitted before the second class meeting. Adult Sports Leagues, Aquatics, Day Camp, and various special event programs have a separate refund policy listed below.
Refunds must be requested in person by submitting a Cancellation/Transfer Form. All refund requests are subject to administrative approval by the Community Services Department. Please allow up to 6 weeks for refunds to be processed. Payments made via credit card will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Payments made via cash or check will be refunded by check.
A $5 per class, per participant, processing fee will be deducted from all refund requests, even if the refund remains as a household credit. Refunds of $100 or less may be retained as household credits to be used towards registration in future Community Services programs. Credits of $15 or less will need to be used within one year. Credits of $16 - $99 are valid for three years.
Adult Sports Leagues
Requests for refund will ONLY be honored if they are made immediately after the third league played game.
Aquatics
All refund requests MUST be submitted to the Chino Hills Community Center at least 10 business days prior to the week you are cancelling. Refunds, less the $5 processing fee, will ONLY be granted if your spot can be filled with someone on the waitlist.
Day Camp
All refund request MUST be submitted to the City Hall Recreation Office at least 10 business days prior to the week you are cancelling. Refunds, less the $5 processing fee, will ONLY be granted if your spot can be filled with someone on the waitlist.
Special Needs Accommodations
The Community Services Department offers a wide variety of programs, classes, and activities. If you or a family member have special needs, and an interest in any of the classes or programs we offer, please call the Chino Hills Community Center at (909) 364-2710. Our Class Coordinator is happy to discuss accommodations that can be made to help you, or your family member, feel comfortable participating. Persons with mobility, sensory, cognitive limitations, or other concerns should not hesitate to contact our staff.
