The Commons at Chino Hills is a freeway commercial power center located on an approximately 49.1-acre site located on the south side of Chino Hills Parkway, east of Ramona Avenue and north of the Chino Valley Freeway (SR-71). The center provides approximately 520,000 square feet of building area, including Lowe's Home Improvement, Ayre's Hotel, BJ's Brewery and Restaurant, Lucille's BBQ, Hobby Lobby, Arby's, and multi-tenant buildings.

Project Status
The development is partially complete and open to the public. Approximately 130,000 square feet of potential building area remains to be constructed. Farou Foods Restaurant has approved plans for the interior buildout of a 6,000 square foot space on the northwest side of the center.
