Sign up to receive Emergency Alerts, News & Announcements, Bid and RFP Openings & Announcements, and other subscriber notifications via Notify Me powered by CivicReady. Alerts are provided by the City free of charge, however, standard text messaging rates and other charges from your mobile device carrier may apply.  

Information Requested to Sign Up

Notify Me ButtonAn email address or mobile phone number and an address must be provided to sign up for notifications. Please provide your residential or workplace address in Chino Hills to receive location-specific alerts such as evacuation notices, area-specific road closures, or other incidents that may only affect a small area of the City.

Residents who prefer not to provide a specific address can enter Chino Hills, CA, or 91709 in the address field to still receive important citywide notifications, and you can complete the signup process. 

Existing Users   

Existing subscribers are encouraged to routinely ensure their information is up-to-date by selecting MODIFY ACCOUNT and updating their notification preferences, selecting their preferred language, and confirming their address and contact information.   

After Signing Up, You Must Verify Your Account

Please note that as a new user, you WILL NOT begin receiving messages until you verify your account. Once you have completed registration, please respond to the text (from 38276) or email to confirm your subscription. If you missed the confirmation email or text, please MODIFY your account to resend the verification.  

Alerts & Notifications Available

The City of Chino Hills will send you emergency alerts and other non-emergency City News & Announcement subscriber notifications via text message or email based on your category selections and preferences. During the signup process, you can select from one of 60 available languages, and notifications will be translated and sent in the preferred language of your choice. Please note that the City does not send voice alerts.
