Community Relations Division

The City of Chino Hills Community Relations Division is dedicated to keeping residents informed and engaged about what's going on in their City by providing transparent, accurate, and timely information. The division provides support to all City departments to help strengthen the relationship between the City and the community we serve.

What We Do

  • Media Relations: Serve as the official media liaison for the City.
  • Business Support: Help promote Chino Hills to attract new businesses and support existing businesses.
  • Digital and Broadcast Management: Manages and produces all content for the City's website, and City TV 3/41 Channel, the City's Government Access Channels on Spectrum Cable channel 3 and Frontier channel 41.
  • Events and Engagement: Coordinate high-profile special events such as the Annual State of the City Address, VIP Visits, City Hall tours, and Pop-Up City Hall events.
  • Film and Production: Serve as the liaison to film, television, and digital production companies, photographers, and process all associated Film Permits.
