[42 U.S.C. §2000d]

In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the City of Chino Hills is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participating in, denied the benefits of, or subject to discrimination by any of the City’s programs and activities. The City administers its programs and activities without regard to race, color, national origin, or other protected status. In addition, the City prohibits discrimination by employees, contractors, consultants, and anyone who acts on behalf of the City.
