The City's utility bill pay system lets you enroll in features like autopay and paperless billing for easy, 24/7 payments. Receive your bill by email and pay online with just a click via computer or mobile device. You can also pay by phone, text, debit/credit card, Check, PayPal, or Venmo.

New Online Bill Pay Customers

Register your account to access information online, pay your bill, or schedule automatic payments. 

To set up a new account:

  1. Select the icon above to register your account or make a one-time payment
  2. Locate your account number and customer number from a previous bill and follow the prompts

Once registered, you will be able to:

  • Set up and manage automatic payments
  • Save payment information for future use
  • Pay by debit/credit card, eCheck, Venmo and PayPal
  • View an electronic copy of your bill
  • Set up paperless billing
  • Manage your e-bill notifications
  • Manage and pay multiple utility billing accounts

Safe & Secure Payments

The online utility bill pay system will keep your account information safe and secure, and will only be accessible and viewable by you using a secure password that you select. Paying your bill online allows your payment to post to your account as soon as payment is made.

Important Notice

If your water service has been locked off, please contact Utility Billing Customer Service at 909-364-2660. If you are scheduled to be locked off or have received a final Shut-Off notice, online payments cannot be made at this point, doing so will not prevent you from being locked off.
