About the Public Art Committee
The City of Chino Hills Public Art Committee is a city-appointed advisory group that plays a key role in public art initiatives in Chino Hills. One of its main responsibilities is overseeing the Utility Box Art Program, launched in 2020. This initiative transforms ordinary utility boxes into eye-catching canvases by wrapping them with artwork, photography and illustrations, created by local artists. The themes often celebrate the heritage, culture, and scenic beauty of Chino Hills.
