Temporary School Parking

School Zone Parking Permits

The residential communities near Chino Hills High School and Litel Elementary have been designated a "Parking Permit Required" zone to help alleviate parking issues for residents in those areas. A parking permit is required to park vehicles on residential streets near both Chino Hills High School and Litel Elementary. Signs are installed at the entrances of the community. Signs are not posted on individual blocks.

Temporary Parking Permits:

  • Permits are issued by the Code Enforcement Division located on the second floor of City Hall, 14000 City Center Drive, Chino Hills. Business hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Fridays, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • To obtain a permit, the vehicle must have current registration and be registered to a property within the "Parking Permit Required" zone.
  • Permits are free
  • Properties in the "Parking Permit Required" zone can request up to five (5) free temporary passes per year. Please contact Code Enforcement at (909) 364-2757, for more information. 
  • Vehicles parked in the "Parking Permit Required" without a permit during the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. are subject to a parking citation.
  • A permit does not exempt vehicles from street sweeping citations or other parking restrictions.
