Headquartered in Los Angeles, the Gas Company is a subsidiary of Sempra Energy.

Southern California Gas Company has many bill assistance programs available to Chino Hills residents. You may be eligible for a 20% discount on your monthly natural gas bill at your primary residence. SoCalGas customers may also receive a discount on their Service Establishment Charge when starting new service. Discounts will be received once the easily completed application is approved by SoCalGas.
Did you know that SoCalGas recently adjusted the income requirements to qualify for California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE)? Now a family of four that earns up to $47,700 can now receive up to 20% off of their monthly natural gas bill. This same amount also qualifies families for the Energy Savings Assistance Program for free energy-saving home upgrades such as attic insulation, window/door weather caulking, water heater blankets, furnace repairs, and sometimes even furnace replacement.
