Can I add an additional drive approach?: If there is enough frontage, two drives may be installed, City standard requires 10’ minimum between approaches and a minimum of 5’ from curb return. Verify there are no access restrictions on the final map.

3. What are typical hours for construction?

Monday thru Friday 7 am to 7 pm

Saturdays 8 am to 6 pm

No construction on Sundays or holidays.

4. What forms of payment are accepted in the Community Development Department?: Check, cash, or credit card are the forms of payment accepted in the Community Development Department. A 3.75% convenience fee is assessed on ALL transactions for the use of credit/debit cards paid to the City of Chino Hills. This fee appears as a separate charge on your bank statement and receipts are not available from the City.
