3. Do I need an appointment to process my Passport application?: Currently, the City of Chino Hills has limited passport acceptance services available by appointment only. Due to the ever-changing safety regulations surrounding COVID-19, our hours are subject to change without notice. Appointment times are available Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, and Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. 5. Are City Council meetings open to the public?: The City Council Chambers has reopened to the public as of Tuesday, June 22. Anyone who wishes to address the City Council or Commission during a regularly scheduled public meeting on any matter, whether or not it appears on the agenda, can do so by completing and submitting to the City Clerk or respective Commission Secretary a "Request to Speak" form available at the entrance to the City Council Chambers. In accordance with the Public Records Act, any information you provide on this form is available to the public. You are not required to provide personal information in order to speak, except to the extent necessary for the City Clerk or Commission Secretary to call upon you. Comments will be limited to three minutes per speaker.

6. When does the City Council meet?: The City Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Meetings begin at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers, located at 14000 City Center Drive, Chino Hills, CA 91709.
