Show All Answers
1.
What is the pool temperature?
The pool is kept at an average of 78-84 degrees. The Chino Valley Unified School District is in control of the pool temperature and check levels on a daily basis.
2.
Where do swim lessons take place?
4 weeks are held at Chino Hills High School and 4 week are held at Ayala High School. Chino Hills High School is located at 16150 Pomona Rincon Road. Ayala High School is located at 14255 Peyton Drive.
3.
What if I miss a class? Is a make up time or class available?
No, due to limited space and time at the High School pools, we do not refund or conduct any make up classes for missed days. If there is a pool closure by the City or School District, a pro-rated credit will be issued to your household account.
4.
My child has Special Needs, do you offer specialized classes for them?
We recommend that anyone with Special Needs signs up for Private Swim Lessons. One on one instructor is better suited for anyone with Special Needs to receive the time and attention they need. These lessons do fill up very fast. In the event, you cannot enroll into a Private Swim Lesson, please register to the wait list. We do get cancellations and need to fill those vacant spots.
