Plan Submittal Process
Standard Details are available for the following items:
- Patio covers - Solid / Lattice (PDF)
- Patio covers - Tile (PDF)
- Second Story Decks (PDF)
- Retaining Wall up to 3 feet 6 inches in height (PDF)
Room Additions / Remodels
- Contact the Building and Safety Division at 909-364-2780 to obtain the submittal requirements.
- The permit technician will go over the submittal requirements.
- Once a submittal has been deemed complete, the plans will be routed to the Building and Safety Division and Planning Division. Separate submittals must be made to Chino Valley Independent Fire District.
- Plan review time is generally 15 business days. Larger projects will require more time.
