Request a Pick Up

Request a Pick Up WM (Waste Management) provides three free bulky item pickups per calendar year to residents for household items like couches, stoves, washers, dryers, refrigerators, and electronic waste that are too large to put in the regular trash bin. Additional bulky item pickups are available at a nominal cost.

Bulky item pickups must be scheduled by phone at least 24 hours in advance of your regular collection by calling (800) 423-9986. If scheduling a pick up online, the request must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your regular collection day.

Bulky Item Drop-Off Event(s)

In appreciation of the community's efforts to recycle, the City of Chino Hills and WM (Waste Management) will host bi-annual Community Cleanup - Bulky Item Drop Off events in the City. Residents are invited to attend this event by bringing unwanted bulky items to be properly disposed of and recycled.

Event Details

Proof of residency is required. Please bring a photo ID or a Chino Hills utility bill to the event. Vehicles are limited to cars, pickup trucks, station wagons, vans, and SUVs (company vehicles and trailers will be turned away). Residents with trailers and/or enclosed storage trucks can pick up a voucher for free disposal at the transfer station in Pomona at the cleanup event.
