Minor development projects include Conditional Use Permits, minor Site Plan Amendments, minor map amendments and other small projects that require a public hearing before the Planning Commission. These projects are either currently under staff review and will be publicly noticed prior to being scheduled for Planning Commission, or have already been approved, or are currently under construction.
